Misto Outlook v Linuxu pouzivam Evolution, dale je mozne pouzit napr. Mozilla Thunderbird (je i pro Win)

Evolution resi emaily, kontakty, kalendar, ukoly a poznamky. A myslim, ze Thunderbird je na tom podobne.

Chci jen potvrdit svou dobrou zkušenost s xubuntu 7.10 .. po menších a nenáročných zásazích šlape vše co má .. tj wifi, kamera, audio a dokonce i cdma od ufona ... navíc mi celý systém přije daleko více UF než Xandros .. co se týče údržby, instalací a aktualizací. S drobnými výstřelky na mě mluví vše česky :) Baterka vydrží při bežné práci, wifi nebo ufonovi cca 3 hodiny. Boot trvá asi 30-40sec do ready stavu. Po instalaci, aktualizaci a doplnění skypu, OO a pár dalších app zbývá na disku cca 400MB. Podle eeeuseru jde vyřešit i správné vypínání a odstranit nutnost gnome hesla při spouštění wifi.Obojí jsem vyzkoušel a šlape. Čili xubuntu upravené z 3eportálu mohu jen doporučit. Na verzi 8.04 kterou nabízí synaptic zatím upgradovat raději nebudu :)

Upgrade na 8.04 jsem zkusil. Uz je tam zase 7.10 :) Ruzne drobne problemky a ja potrebuji na pocitaci pracovat, ne ho neustale ladit.
Ale odhaduji, ze koncem prazdnin uz nebude problem upgrade.

ja tam hodil 8.04 a jede v pohode, stacilo stahnout script na nainstalovani wifiny a zbytku

hmm.... ja som nainstaloval 8.04 cez net a nemusel som pouzit vobec ten skript.. vsetko fungovalo hned po restarte...
